Dear Friends,

I am pleased to share with you on this website our activities, objectives and core values.  We focus on quality in our programs by encouraging a real understanding of issues facing the people we are trying to help.  Our programs are based on solid development principles that have been successful in the past, emphasizing a strong monitoring and evaluation process to encourage greater learning among programs that can be replicated.

My goal as country director is to have high respect for all staff and to encourage ideas from everyone.  Our program is large and varied, thus I share the administrative load with our Associate and Finance Directors along with a fine group of staff in our administrative office. Our Project Managers are responsible for the administration of our projects working hand in hand with Project Advisors.  Each team works to find a win-win solution to ideas that may be different from their own with emphasis on compassion and respect for each team member and for all ideas.  At the same time, we ensure adequate procedures and protocols that lead to a positive work environment.
