Health Project Manager, based in the Preah Vihear Province
Major Responsibilities: To provide management oversight of project implementation to reach project overall objectives and goals. To be a leader who scans, focuses, aligns and inspires towards facilitation of effective community development. To manage planning, organizing, implementation and monitoring and evaluation with technical and support teams. To communicate with administration management and support teams in managing the project and office. To liaise with government, NGO and community partners. To represent a lifestyle and work ethic consistent with ADRA Cambodia's philosophy, standards and policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least five years management experience in Public Health
- Health Related degree [MPH or MD preferred]
- Strong communication skills in Khmer and English
- Practical computer skills in e-mail, Word and Excel software
- Skills in diplomacy and networking
- Ability to facilitate creative planning teamwork and
make decisions involving supervisors and partners as needed

Deputy Project Manager - 1 position, based in the Preah Vihear Province
Major Responsibilities: To support the project manager by providing monitoring and evaluation oversight of project activities to reach project targets. Administrative Assistant – 1 position, based in the Preah Vihear Province
Major Responsibilities: Work within a team to provide administrative support and services to the project. This will include but not limited to: communication, logistics, letter writing, petty cash management, maintaining project financial filing systems, computer data entry.
Requirement:
Self motivated, proactive, creative, initiative, holding at a certificate of completion in Business administration is preferable, Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel and internet), basic written and spoken English, Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Adult and Child Education Officer – 1 position, based in the Preah Vihear Province
Major Responsibilities: Work to support early childhood education and literacy component. Provide, facilitate, supervise training and develop curriculums for early childhood education and literacy, provide technical support to community based facilitators. Cooperate with NGOs, local authorities and partners ensure awareness of the projects methods and process. Planning, monitoring, preparing budget for activities and reporting.
Requirement:
Knowledge of participatory training approaches, Adult literacy and or Early Childhood Education skills, facilitation, communication and computer skills, ability to speak and write some English and two years of experience in related work.
Home Gardening Officer – 1 position, based in the Preah Vihear Province
Major Responsibilities: Work to support the agriculture component of the project. Provide, facilitate, and or supervise training related to home gardening and home nutrition promotion. Provide technical support and supervision to field facilitators in agriculture and behavior change techniques. Cooperate with commune councils, NGOs, local partners to facilitate training learning and behavior change processes. Planning, monitoring, preparing budget for activities and reporting.
Requirement:
Knowledge of and experience in using participatory training approaches, agricultural production background, experience in developing curriculum, facilitation, communication and computer skills, ability to speak and write some English and two years of experience in related work.
Mother and Child Health Officer - 3 positions, based in the Preah Vihear Province
Major Responsibilities: Work to support community based health education and behavior change. Facilitate and or supervise training related to health including nutrition, IMCI, maternal and child nutrition, EPI and pre and post prenatal care and provide technical support to health field facilitators. Cooperate with HCs, commune councils, NGOs, and other local partners to facilitate inclusive development processes. Planning, monitoring, preparing budget for activities and reporting.
Requirement:
Knowledge of and experience in using participatory training approaches, secondary midwife/nurse or higher, community health promotion, experience in developing curriculum, communication and computer skills, ability to speak and write some English and two years of experience in related work preferred.
Community Home Gardening Facilitator - 3 positions, based in the Preah Vihear Province
Major Responsibilities: Implement the household agricultural promotion at the community level through community groups. Coordinate with local volunteers and other project partners to promote improved household nutrition. Provide technical assistance on locally appropriate agriculture production methods. Coordinate technical agricultural assistance for community campaigns. Do planning, monitoring and reporting.
Requirement:
Knowledge of participatory training approaches, TOT, experience in developing curriculum, facilitation, communication and computer skills, ability to speak and write some English and two years of experience in related work.
Community Health Facilitator – 6 positions, based in the Preah Vihear Province
Major Responsibilities: Cooperate with Community Health Facilitator VHSGF, Child Friendly Village, CC Supervisors. Coordinate technical health assistance for VHSGF activities and facilitate reflect meetings and the development of a functional Child Friendly Village. Planning, monitoring, preparing budget for activities and reporting.
Requirement:
Knowledge of participatory training approaches, some heath background, facilitation, communication and computer skills, ability to speak and write some English and one or two years of experience in related work.
Finance Assistant – 1 position, based in the Preah Vihear Province
Major Responsibilities: Work within a team to provide accounting, financial and administrative support and services to the project. This will include but not limited to: banking, receipting, petty cash replenishment requests to head office, bank reconciliations, payroll functions, maintaining project financial filing systems, computer data entry.
Requirement:
Self motivated, proactive, creative, initiative, holding at minimum a certificate of completion in accounting/ Degree is preferable, Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, Quick Books), Good written and spoken English, Good communication and interpersonal skills.
